• In Summer, Victoria is a busy tourist destination, hence hotels tend to be busy, and relatively expensive.
• For your stay, we recommend to use campus housing, which offers several options (see below).
• For those who wish to stay off-campus, we have negotiated availability based reduced rates with a number of hotels, as listed below. Rooms are not guaranteed, and we ask you to book early.

UVic Campus Housing

UVic campus housing offers a number of affordable options. Booking for Summer will likely start in January 2017, we will update the information posted below as soon as the booking form is online

Guests will receive 10% off their breakfast in the Cadboro Commons building for the duration of their stay on campus. The front desk staff can also provide more information regarding food outlet options on campus at the guest check-in.

Cancellation: 48 hours’ notice is required before arrival date to receive full refund.  Failure to provide 48 hours’ notice will result in a 1 night no show fee.

Guests will need to provide a credit card to guarantee their reservation.  Should any guest need to cancel, they may do so up to 24 hours prior to arrival without penalty.  Cancellations received within 24 hours of arrival will be subject to one night room & tax.
