The UVic conference payment system to be used for the payment of registration and additional charges can be accessed by following Registration Link.

Please note that only payments made by credit card (Visa or MasterCard) will be accepted.

General

• Accepted papers will be included in CANCAM 2017 proceedings only when accompanied by a paid registration.
• The cost of each registration - regardless if student or full - entitles the registrant to the inclusion of one paper in the proceedings of CANCAM 2017.
• Up to two more papers might be accepted for each registrant who pays the appropriate surcharge amount ($250 per extra paper).
• The access to CANCAM 2017 premises will be allowed only to those with a valid registration.

Conference-related charges will be made according to this Fee Schedule.

Refunds are possible if the refund request is placed prior to May 18, 2017 by 4:00 PM (UCT), but a nominal fee/processing charge of $50 will be deducted from each refunded amount. No refunds will be made in case of "no-shows", such that the authors are strongly encouraged to attend the conference and present their work.

A limited number of graduate student stipends will be offered and they will consist of reduced or waived registration fees. More details on eligibility and selection criteria are available here.
