Please adhere to author guidelines when preparing your manuscript. A surcharge has to be paid for manuscripts longer than 4 pages (all content; includes appendices, if any). The manuscript should be uploaded only in Word (*.docx) format to follow the formatting in the provided sample. Alternatively, if LaTeX is used for manuscript editing, please refer to the provided sample for formatting purposes and upload the manuscript in portable document format (*.pdf). If you are unable to prepare your manuscript in this format, please contact cancam2017@uvic.ca for further instructions.

The manuscript has to be submitted through the online paper submission portal of CANCAM 2017. You will be asked to set up an account during your first visit. Please record your username and password for future visits. You will be able to revise/update your submission at any time until the submission deadline. Please contact us via cancam2017@uvic.ca if you encounter problems with manuscript submission.

For inclusion in CANCAM 2017 proceedings, each accepted paper has to be accompanied by a paid registration. The cost of each registration - regardless if student or full - entitles the registrant to the inclusion of one paper in CANCAM 2017 proceedings. Up to two more papers might be accepted for each registrant who pays the appropriate surcharge amount.
