CANCAM 2017 conference-related charge includes the registration fee and the additional charges (if possible). The conference-related charege can be calculated by using the following calculator. The calculated amount will include the tax (the current tax rate is 12%, GST 5% + PST 7%).

Please note that only payments made by credit card (Visa or MasterCard) will be accepted. All costs are shown in Canadian dollar.

• The receipt will be sent to the email address written in the form
• Please summarize your payment details in the comments including the registration category, submitted paper information and the additional charges. For example:
  
  Paper :Paper ID + paper title ;
  
  Addiditional charges: One additional page for (Paper ID), One additional proceeding, One banquet ticket.
