General instructions:

• Paper has to be written either in English or French.
• The regular length of a manuscript is four camera-ready pages (all content included).
• Up to two additional pages will be allowed for a surcharge .
• All papers are to be submitted by means of the online paper submission system.

• Page size: letter format (8.5 x 11 inches)
• Top margin: 0.75 inches
• Bottom margin: 1 inch
• Left and right margins: 0.625 inches
• Column width: 3.5 inches
• Column gap: 0.25 inches
• Do not number the pages
• Do not include footers
